hope for those who are struggling with something…from depression to eating disorders, and everything in between.
I have been there. I have dealt with clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, ED-NOS,
self injury, and was suicidal many times. I also struggled (and still do, at times) with poor body image.

After a LOT of hard times and an even harder fight, I can honestly say that I am now in recovery.

There IS hope for happiness and health. Don’t give up. I am here if anyone ever needs to talk.

You are ALL beautiful.
