I have dealt with clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, ED-NOS, self injury, and was suicidal many times. I also struggled (and still do, at times) with poor body image.

After a LOT of hard times and an even harder fight, I can honestly say that I am now in recovery.

There IS hope for happiness and health. Don’t give up. I am here if anyone ever needs to talk.

I've seen quite a few pictures that say "YOU ARE ENOUGH". and I always think, No, you are more than enough to someone!! everyone is special to someone, they are more than enough to the person that loves them. Because everyone has something special and just enough is not as amazing as the person reading this. :)
