It’s definitely a good thing to look into. Any person can benefit from therapy, not just people with depression. It can help sort your thoughts out and get your life on track. Therapy is mainly what saved my life and sanity. The medication prescribed by my doctor helps too, of course. I would definitely check into it if you feel you are struggling. You can even go to your regular family doctor and get their opinion first, as well as possibly some referrals for psychiatrists and/or therapists. Depression is a VERY difficult thing to try to tackle on your own, asking for help is the first step to feeling better. Take care of yourself! ♥
