This blog is committed to posting only positive, uplifting, inspiring images. My goal is to promote self love, confidence, and hope for those who are struggling with something…from depression to eating disorders, and everything in between. I have been there.

I have dealt with clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, ED-NOS, self injury, and was suicidal many times. I also struggled (and still do, at times) with poor body image.

After a LOT of hard times and an even harder fight, I can honestly say that I am now in recovery.

There IS hope for happiness and health. Don’t give up. I am here if anyone ever needs to talk.
